Why Las Vegas Homeowners Choose Carrier Air Duct Cleaning
Carrier in Las Vegas offers air duct cleaning service runs $325 – $625 for a complete system on a single-family home, with furnace or AC blower wheel cleaning adding $90 – $160. We’re an independent Carrier service provider, not an authorized dealer, and we train specifically on Carrier duct and blower systems from the Infinity to the Comfort series. That training matters here because Las Vegas dust loads hit Carrier systems differently than anywhere else in the country. Call (725) 726-5532 for a written quote before any work begins.
We work on Carrier equipment every week across Las Vegas, including Carrier Air Duct Cleaning in Summerlin, NV, Henderson, Spring Valley, and Centennial Hills. Infinity systems with variable-speed blowers that collect a felt-like layer of desert dust on the wheel. Comfort series flex ducts in hot attics that sag and collapse. Performance series coils that foul faster than the filter schedule assumes. Most duct cleaning companies in Las Vegas treat every system the same way. We don’t, because a Carrier Infinity blower is not the same machine as a budget builder-grade air handler. Marcus Veale built this team around that distinction.
The honest truth: Carrier builds excellent equipment. But excellent equipment still breathes Las Vegas air, and Las Vegas air is mostly fine grit, construction dust, and whatever the last haboob pushed through your return vents. The equipment’s job is to move air. Our job is to make sure the air it’s moving isn’t grinding the system down from the inside.
Why Trust Linden Air Duct Las Vegas for Your Carrier Air Duct Cleaning?
Marcus Veale grew up in Los Angeles and learned the trade fundamentals at Los Angeles Trade-Technical College before spending the better part of two decades doing duct work across the Southwest. He and his crew have been cleaning systems throughout Las Vegas for years, from single-family homes in Summerlin to commercial properties near the Strip. Marcus photographs the before-and-after inside your plenum because he believes a customer deserves to see exactly what changed. If you can’t see what we cleaned, we didn’t do the job right.
What that means for your Carrier system is simple. We know where Carrier duct systems leak. We know which blower wheels foul fastest. We know what a high static pressure fault on an Infinity control actually means in a Las Vegas attic, and we know the fix isn’t always another filter change. We use OEM Carrier filters, gaskets, and sealants where fit and performance depend on them, and we say so on the invoice. Every technician who arrives at your door is background-checked, identity-verified, photo-badged, and introduced to you by name and photo before the visit, under our Threshold Standard. That’s not marketing language. That’s the way every job works, since 2004.

Common Carrier Air Duct Cleaning Problems We Fix in Las Vegas
- Dust build-up on variable-speed Infinity blower wheels. The Infinity series uses an electronically commutated motor that ramps airflow up and down constantly. In Las Vegas, fine desert dust loads onto the blower wheel blades and throws the wheel out of balance. That imbalance strains the motor bearings and shortens the blower’s life. We pull the blower housing, clean the wheel properly, and check the static pressure before reinstalling.
- Evaporator coil fouling in Performance series systems. Performance series units run at higher static pressures than base models, so a partially blocked coil shows up as reduced airflow and, eventually, a freeze-up. Las Vegas dust is so fine it passes through cheap filters and packs directly into the coil fins. We clean coils with the right pressure and chemistry for Carrier’s fin spacing. Too much pressure bends fins. Too little does nothing.
- Flex duct collapse and kinking in Comfort series attic installations. Comfort series systems are Carrier’s value line, and builders in Las Vegas 1990s-2000s tract home boom often installed them with flex duct runs that were marginal from day one. Under 140-degree attic heat, that flex duct softens, sags, and kinks. We inspect the full run, re-support where needed, and replace crushed sections rather than trying to clean around a collapsed airway.
- Return duct air leaks pulling in desert dust. Most Las Vegas homes have return ducts in the attic or chase. If a joint is loose or taped poorly, the negative pressure pulls in attic air full of insulation particles and that fine desert dust. The result: your filter loads up in weeks, and your Carrier system pulls air it was never designed to handle. We seal return leaks with mastic, not tape, and verify with a smoke test.
- High static pressure alerts on Infinity controls. When an Infinity system throws an airflow fault, too many companies reset the alert and move on. The fault exists because something is restricting airflow. Dirty coil, collapsed duct, loaded blower wheel, or a filter that’s been ignored too long. We find the restriction, fix it, and verify the static pressure drops to Carrier’s spec. The alert doesn’t come back, because the cause is gone.
Carrier Parts & Our Repair-vs-Replace Approach
For Carrier duct systems, we use OEM filters, gaskets, and sealants where the fit matters. A Carrier filter rack is designed around Carrier filter dimensions. An aftermarket filter that fits “close enough” leaks around the edges, and every bit of that bypassed air carries Las Vegas dust straight to the coil. Gaskets and sealants are the same story. We don’t cut corners on the pieces that keep the system sealed.
That said, some parts don’t need the Carrier label. Duct mastic, commercial-grade foil tape, hangers, and flex duct from a reputable manufacturer do the job without the OEM markup. We tell you which is which before the work starts. On older WeatherMaker units with leaky ductwork, we recommend sealing first. Repair beats replacement unless a duct is crushed, mold-damaged, or so degraded the material is failing. A sealed and cleaned system on a WeatherMaker can easily serve years more. Our Carrier Service Process – Step by Step
- 1
Diagnosis. We inspect the full duct system, the blower wheel, the evaporator coil, and the return runs. On Infinity systems, we pull the static pressure and airflow readings from the control. On all systems, we photograph what we find.
- 2
Written price. Before any work begins, you get a written price for the entire job. Not an estimate with fine print. The number you approve is the number you pay.
- 3
Cleaning and sealing. We use negative-pressure extraction with HEPA filtration, clean blower wheels and coils where needed, and seal return leaks with mastic. Duct sealing, evaporator coil cleaning, and return duct cleaning are all included or specified as line items, depending on what the diagnosis shows.
- 4
Verification. We test airflow before and after. On Infinity systems, that means confirming the static pressure is back in spec. On every system, we photograph the after so you can see the difference yourself.
- 5
Warranty. Every repair we make is covered by a written guarantee. If a covered repair fails, we come back at no charge. That’s the 365-Day Done Right Promise, in writing on every job.

AfterCarrier Products We Service & Install in Las Vegas
We service Carrier’s full residential lineup across Las Vegas: Infinity Series (including the Infinity 24, 26, and variable-speed blower systems), Performance Series (including the 16 and 17 SEER lines with their higher static pressure characteristics), Comfort Series builder-grade units common in 1990s-2000s tract homes, and older WeatherMaker systems still running throughout Henderson and Spring Valley. We stock common Carrier filter sizes, OEM gaskets, and commercial-grade sealants locally for faster turnaround. For obsolete WeatherMaker parts, we source from trusted regional suppliers and tell you upfront what it will cost and how long it will take.
We Also Service These Brands
Carrier is a big part of what we see, but it’s not the only brand in Las Vegas attics. We also service Lennox and Trane systems with the same depth of attention. If your home has a mix of Carrier equipment and another brand’s ductwork, we handle the whole system. One call covers it.
FAQs – Carrier Air Duct Cleaning Service in Las Vegas
No. We are an independent Carrier service provider, not an authorized dealer or factory representative. That independence means we recommend what the system actually needs, not what a manufacturer program tells us to sell. It also means we have no incentive to push replacement over repair on a WeatherMaker that still has years left with proper cleaning and sealing. Call (725) 726-5532 and we’ll tell you honestly what your Carrier system needs.
Carrier’s maintenance schedules are written for average conditions, and Las Vegas is not average. The combination of haboob-driven dust, construction particulates, and 110-degree summers means your Infinity variable-speed blower runs constantly, pulling in fine grit that the manual never anticipated. We see blower wheels on Las Vegas Infinity systems with a half-inch of felted dust after two years. The manufacturer’s schedule assumes maybe a quarter of that. Air Duct Cleaning services for your ducts and blower wheel should happen more often if you live in Summerlin, Henderson, or anywhere the desert dust settles.
Yes. When the evaporator coil is fouled with dust, airflow drops. When airflow drops, the coil temperature falls below freezing, and ice forms. The compressor keeps running. The home never cools. On Comfort series units, which have thinner coil fin spacing than premium lines, this happens faster. If your Comfort series is freezing up, the first thing we check is coil fouling and duct airflow. For a full diagnostic, call (725) 726-5532.
If the system is more than two years old in Las Vegas, probably yes. Performance series blowers run at higher static pressures and move more air through the fins. That draws fine dust into the blower wheel where it packs onto the blades and throws off balance. You can clean the ducts and still have a fouled blower wheel pushing dust back through the system. We inspect the blower wheel on every Carrier duct cleaning and quote it separately if it needs work.
Mastic and embedded fiberglass mesh tape, applied to a clean, dry surface. Not foil tape. Foil tape fails in Las Vegas attic heat, and it fails fast when the surface has any dust on it. Mastic goes on as a liquid and cures to a flexible seal that handles the temperature swings. We use it on every return joint and any supply leak we find, then verify with a smoke test.
No. Routine maintenance, including duct and blower wheel cleaning, does not void a Carrier equipment warranty. What can void a warranty is neglected maintenance that leads to component failure, or incorrect parts installed by someone who doesn’t know the system. We use OEM parts where fit matters and follow Carrier’s service procedures. Your warranty stays intact. For a written quote on your Carrier system, call (725) 726-5532.
A complete Carrier air duct cleaning for a single-family home in Las Vegas typically runs $325 – $625. Blower wheel cleaning adds $90 – $160. Evaporator coil cleaning runs $120 – $240. Duct sealing is quoted by the job after inspection. Some homes with accessible attics and newer ductwork land at the lower end. Older tract homes with collapsed flex duct or severely fouled coils land higher. The price you’re quoted is the price you pay. No add-ons at the end. Call (725) 726-5532 for a free estimate.
